Sales Support – Civils Export

As our successes continue in UK & export markets, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Support specialist to join our civils department to support sales in export markets. Working closely with our international sales managers, and with your excellent customer service skills, you will engage with our overseas project stakeholders, distributors and our internal departments to handle enquiries regarding the company’s extensive product portfolio. We work collaboratively and supportively with our clients, working on projects from conception to completion.

You’ll need to be articulate, numerate and fantastic at building relationships so that you can uphold the excellent customer service reputation we have built. We are seeking candidates with knowledge of exporting and incoterms. As an excellent communicator you will relish the responsibility for problem solving and be competent in understanding and communicating construction, commercial and logistical issues.

Based at our head office, you’ll be kept busy and challenged with quotations, pricing, CRM entry and handling orders. There is also potential opportunity to travel for business. Our sales support team are often first choice for our sales manager opportunities, so there’s plenty of scope for development for successful and aspiring candidates. Sales Support - Buildings
